Ar5es.com rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy remains in effect in the event of rate changes. Ar5es.com does not guarantee a delivery time or a drop rate for any services. We provide an estimated delivery time for orders, but this is only an estimation. Ar5es.com will not refund orders that are still processing if you feel they are taking too long.

Orders without a refill period are not refillable, even if they experience a 100% drop. Please ensure that you order services with a refill option. Ar5es.com makes every effort to deliver exactly as expected by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if deemed necessary to complete an order.

Any malicious or abusive actions may lead to the suspension of your account. Prior to suspension, users will be given time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will result in termination of that account, even if there is a balance remaining.

All our services are intended solely for personal use.

Ar5es.com is solely used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or other social media accounts and help boost your "appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will engage with you; we simply guarantee you will receive the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of the accounts we provide will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded photos, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything onto the Ar5es.com site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or other social media communities.

Private accounts will NOT be eligible for a refund! Please ensure your account is public before placing an order.

Important: We strive to provide clear and honest information about our services. The followers, likes, and views provided are artificial and not real individuals or authentic interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service name or description.

These services are purely artificial and do not represent genuine user engagement.

It is your responsibility to review and understand the policies of the platforms you use.

Ar5es.com does not endorse or encourage any form of deceptive practices such as misleading others about the nature of the engagement provided.

Return Policy:

No refunds will be issued to your payment method. Once a deposit has been made, it is non-reversible. You must use your balance for orders from Ar5es.com.

By completing a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and take away any followers or likes we have delivered to your or your client’s Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.

Orders placed on Ar5es.com will not be refunded or canceled once submitted. You will receive a refund credit to your Ar5es.com account if the order is non-deliverable.

Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each order before placing it.

Fraudulent activities such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in the termination of your account. No exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot guarantee the correct number of followers/likes in that case. We will not refund these orders.
