1. About us
AR5ES is operated by FAMOUS SELLER MARKETING SERVICES, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@ar5es.com.
2. Our services
AR5ES provides social media marketing services, including Arabic Instagram followers delivered "Through Ads". Followers are real users reached through our paid advertising campaigns. AR5ES is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use AR5ES. You are responsible for keeping your login details and API key secure, and for all activity on your account.
4. Payments and balance
Payments are made by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. All prices are in USD. Funds are added to your account balance and used to place orders. Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
5. Orders and delivery
- Orders usually start within 6 to 12 hours and are delivered gradually at 200 to 1,000 followers per day.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- The target account must be public and the link correct for the whole delivery period. Changing the username or making the account private may cause the order to be marked complete without full delivery, and no refund will apply.
- Do not place another order for the same link with any provider until your order is complete.
6. No refill guarantee
Our followers are real people who may choose to unfollow at any time. Through Ads services are sold without a refill or drop guarantee. Resellers are responsible for informing their own customers of this.
7. Refunds
- Orders that have started cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If an order cannot be started or is only partially delivered, the undelivered amount is refunded to your AR5ES balance.
- Refunds to your original payment method are only possible for unused balance, requested within 14 days of payment, via a support ticket.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or any purpose that breaks the law or Instagram's terms. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
10. Limitation of liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. AR5ES is not responsible for any action taken by Instagram on your or your customers' accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and our prices at any time. Continued use of AR5ES after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the courts of Dubai.
